We are researching and developing large language models (LLMs) capable of drawing out implicit insights from senior partners. We then build “custom AI personas” that reflect the reasoning behind specific behaviors and strategic tactics tethered to the experiences of an individual.

Overview
Using large language models, we translate the tacit knowledge of senior partners into custom-built AI personas. These systems work to capture patterns of reasoning, negotiation, and judgment, which allows us to study how professional expertise develops and how it might be shared, scaled, and taught.
